They were very accommodating when I ran late or had to reschedule or showed up on the wrong day for my appointment😄. I’m very pleased with my overall experience. "My son is having a great experience with Abdoney Orthodontics Wesley Chapel Location. We moved to Florida three years ago and had already started the process for braces in NY. He was only 12 when we started over with a new orthodontist. It is not an easy thing to do, but when we met Dr. Hanna everything went really great. The front staff is always accommodating and know him by name the minute he walks through the door. They always fit us in last minute if he popped a bracket or if something felt uncomfortable. Fast forward he had his braces taken off last year and his teeth look incredible. Continued care to infinity wearing a retainer nightly has been going well. Dr. Hanna helps adjust it when needed to make sure it is doing its job."
"Had our treatments at the Wesley Chapel office. My husband and I did our consultation together and opted for braces. We scheduled our appointments together. The staff are positive and helpful. It was always easy to schedule an appointment even for the smallest of need. Love Dr. M! He is awesome! So glad we trusted him for our orthodontics! ❤️❤️❤️"
"Gotta say this orthodontics office is amazing from the staff to the flexible and affordable payment plans hands down the best in Florida walked in for a consultation and came out with braces all in the same day. Gotta give kudos to the staff name Maddie she provided world class, customer service, and care and made you feel apart of the family along with the doctor awesome experience both provided and my child walked out with a boost of confidence all thanks to Maddie and the doctor. "UPDATE: We spoke briefly about my retainer situation and Dr. Abdoney made it right. I appreciate him and his staff for doing so. I recommend Abdoney Orthodontics if you want honest and stand up service. Thank you again for everything!I’m so upset that I spent $300 here. I had 2 permanent retainers placed in 2004 at a different orthodontist. The bottom one finally broke at the end of Jan 2025 and I went in to get it replaced 2/11/25. It has already broken beyond any repair! It barely lasted 2 weeks. I understand that they break easily and I would have been happy with at least 1 year of use. I wasn’t expecting to pay $300 and have something break in 2 weeks. For reference my top permanent retainer from 2004 is still in place."

"I cannot say enough good things about this place! I was very hesitant and nervous about the Invisalign process, especially after receiving a plan from an orthodontist I didn’t feel comfortable with. Abdoney Orthodontics was my “second opinion” and I am SO glad this place was recommended to me. Dr. Alex was extremely thorough and informative during the consult and developed a plan for alignment that was exactly what I was hoping for. Erika and Barbie were so skilled, professional, and so personable while doing the scans and made the process so smooth!! Dr. Hanna did my final check/removal and took all the time to address any concerns I may have had, was so patient, and never made me feel like a bother despite my many questions. The results are better than I could have ever imagined and done in half the time I expected. I will recommend this place to anyone! Truly a facility and staff that all love what they do and it shows!"
"Only good things to say about this office! From the Dr to the assistants to the sweet blonde receptionist at the front desk. Always an amazing experience at Abdoney Orthodontics. My daughter was a little nervous about getting her braces on but Dr Hannah had the BEST “bedside manners” we could have ever asked for. The assistant, Erica explained everything she was going to do before she did it, with such a positive perspective- you could tell she loves what she does. The energy in the office is high, the music is great, and the coffee is delicious. I couldn’t recommend this practice more."

Instead of wearing my braces for the recommended 12 months I was able to have them removed in less time at 9 months with great results! "I'm new to the family here at Seymour Orthodontics, I found them online. I am a 37 year old woman who was looking for somewhere that isn't just kid oriented. So I did my research and this office was the best fit for me. I LOVE THIS PLACE! I am so glad I chose Seymour Orthodontics. The first surprise was how I didn't have to wait at all when I got there. My appointment is 1:50 I go back at 1:50. It's so clean too. The ladies that work there are super sweet and always smiling. And Dr. Seymour is always so diligent in keeping me informed on what they are doing in my mouth. I really like that they tell me everything that is happening. "Wesley Chapel Orthodontics is such a great office!! They truly go out of their way to create a friendly, non-clinical environment which is great in making kids feel comfortable. They have gaming consoles and bean bag chairs to entertain the kids while they wait to be seen and a coffee bar which is a huge perk for me!! The front office staff are very professional yet make you feel like family. Dr. Seymour is very knowledgeable and very natural with kids. They love him!
