Retainers are breakable, so treat them with care:
- Clean clear retainers thoroughly once a day with a toothbrush and liquid soap. Use warm but not hot water. Brushing retainers removes the plaque, and eliminates odors.
- When retainers are not in your mouth they should ALWAYS be in a retainer case.
- Keep retainers away from hot water, hot car dashboards, pockets, the washing machine, and napkins.
- Keep retainers away from pets!

My daughter had her braces put on today, and we had such a great experience! The dental assistant explained every step of the process before doing anything, which really helped ease her nerves and made her feel comfortable. The doctor also took the time to check in with her and make sure she was doing well throughout the appointment.From our initial consultation through getting her braces on today, every experience has been wonderful. Dr. John did a phenomenal job on my teeth! I did Invisalign, and then had braces for a month, and my teeth have never looked better. The staff is absolutely amazing, they are always so kind and do their best to fit me in the schedule right away. I am thrilled with my results and feel so confident in my smile!
I went today nervous about getting the help I needed because people would tell me that because my daughter got her braces in Mexico they were not going to help me but, I was given options they did help me very professional and quick I was amazed on how organized they are and Dr Abdoney was very attentive and nice loved this place.
