Retainers are breakable, so treat them with care:
- Clean clear retainers thoroughly once a day with a toothbrush and liquid soap. Use warm but not hot water. Brushing retainers removes the plaque, and eliminates odors.
- When retainers are not in your mouth they should ALWAYS be in a retainer case.
- Keep retainers away from hot water, hot car dashboards, pockets, the washing machine, and napkins.
- Keep retainers away from pets!

Abdoney Orthodontics is amazing. I transferred from a Smile office in Navarre to here in Wesley Chapel and even though they are 3 hours from where I live, they have accommodated me from the moment I needed to transfer. The staff is kind and knowledgeable and are always happy and helpful. The Drs are wonderful with new patients and make ya feel right at home.
