Retainers are breakable, so treat them with care:
- Clean clear retainers thoroughly once a day with a toothbrush and liquid soap. Use warm but not hot water. Brushing retainers removes the plaque, and eliminates odors.
- When retainers are not in your mouth they should ALWAYS be in a retainer case.
- Keep retainers away from hot water, hot car dashboards, pockets, the washing machine, and napkins.
- Keep retainers away from pets!

My son got his braces on yesterday and the patient communication and interaction was amazing! His braces look great, and judging by how sore his mouth is, they're working already. Dr. Marina was great, and so was the front desk staff and the nice woman who applied the braces.

My son had an amazing time at Abdoney orthodontics. The Dentist and staff were very kind and welcoming. My son was so comfortable getting his braces on today. He left the orthodontist office so happy with his new braces.
