"We have had a fantastic experience. Abdoney was our second opinion - first opinion wanted to extract 3 adult teeth from my 12 year old's mouth with a more complicated treatment plan. Dr Abdoney very confidently said that was not necessary, and he has proven to be correct. My son's teeth are looking great, coming up on a year of braces later this year in October. "My son is having a great experience with Abdoney Orthodontics Wesley Chapel Location. We moved to Florida three years ago and had already started the process for braces in NY. He was only 12 when we started over with a new orthodontist. It is not an easy thing to do, but when we met Dr. Hanna everything went really great. The front staff is always accommodating and know him by name the minute he walks through the door. They always fit us in last minute if he popped a bracket or if something felt uncomfortable. Fast forward he had his braces taken off last year and his teeth look incredible. Continued care to infinity wearing a retainer nightly has been going well. Dr. Hanna helps adjust it when needed to make sure it is doing its job."

My journey with braces started almost 3 years ago when a different orthodontist had four of my teeth extracted before putting me in braces. When I arrived at Dr. Abdoney’s office, my teeth and gums were a mess. Dr. Abdoney always took the time to listen to me and addressed any and all of my concerns promptly. My daughter was a little nervous about getting her braces on but Dr Hannah had the BEST “bedside manners” we could have ever asked for. The assistant, Erica explained everything she was going to do before she did it, with such a positive perspective- you could tell she loves what she does. I knew I would be going with Abdoney Orthodontics from the minute I stepped in and at least three ladies behind the desk welcomed me in such a way that made me feel like I was already a seasoned patient. "Both of my girls had braces at Abdoney. The pricing was fair, they were very flexible with payment options, and the staff was always friendly and accommodating. They always took time to explain different issues and how to correct them - I truly felt like I was a part of the process. They were able to intervene early enough to avoid jaw surgery on my younger daughter by correcting her under bite. Most importantly, both of their teeth look amazing! I will definitely be bringing my younger children here should they need orthodontic care as they grow older."

I'm really glad that it took my eight-year old in so early because I learned so much, such as how a phase 1 treatment plan (half the cost and less braces) at this age might be able to prevent her having to get a full set of braces when she is older.The doctor did an amazing job visually showing us how the treatment works using computer animation. We even started our first treatment that same day which made my daughter so excited! Dr. Abdoney did not insist or push Insignia which would have cost us about another $1,500 whereas the orthodontist in Riverview would only do Insignia (there was no option to go the traditional route whereas Dr. Abdoney would do either).
